Your breath is one of the most powerful regulators of your wellbeing, yet many of us live with patterns that keep the diaphragm restricted and the body in stress mode. In this workshop, we’ll combine somatic awareness, mindful breath practices, myofascial release, and the power of mind–muscle connection to explore how the diaphragm functions—not only as a breathing muscle, but also as a key player in posture, circulation, and emotional regulation.
You’ll learn practical tools to release tension around the ribcage and core, restore natural breath mobility, and strengthen the connection between body and mind for more easeful, intentional breathing. By freeing the diaphragm, you’ll create more space for vitality, calm, and resilience.
