If you’ve ever been told the frustrating advice of “just get stronger” or “you need more muscle” this workshop is for you.
This is Fine is a fun, supportive, and informative workshop designed specifically for people living in hypermobile bodies. Led by a somatic and brain-based practitioner and a holistic personal trainer, this experience blends science, movement, and curiosity to help you better understand, and befriend, your body.
Together, we’ll explore how to build safe awareness and strength from the inside out. Through guided practices and approachable education, you’ll learn how to gently strengthen proprioception (your body’s sense of where it is in space), understand how to manage force and tension, and develop a more grounded, connected relationship with your movement.
Expect a mix of:
Playful and accessible exercises

Practical tools you can take into daily life
Strategies for when and how to introduce (or increase) exercise
A welcoming space where your body’s needs are respected

Touch & Ease: Sound Bath & Somatic Body Session
Step into a space of deep rest and gentle reconnection.
Touch & Ease is a restorative workshop combining somatic practices, therapeutic touch, and immersive sound healing to support nervous system balance and release tension. We begin with simple, guided somatic explorations to help you soften, arrive in your body, and build a sense of safety and awareness.
You’ll then be guided into a sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments. During this time, optional, consent-based somatic touch is offered to support deeper relaxation and embodied ease. All touch is invitational and guided by your comfort and boundaries.
This session invites you to unwind, reconnect, and experience a deeper sense of calm and presence. No prior experience is needed. All bodies are worthy and welcome.

This two hour workshop will dive deeply into the connection our feet have to our bodies. They are the base of our physical and emotional selves. They carry us through life and connect us to the earth.
We will work with myofascial release balls to find and let go of hidden tension. Learn some self massage techniques and work on building strength. Using Somatic practices we will connect with them to find our grounding as spring gets going.

Love Your Self is a heart-centered workshop combining gentle somatic practice and a nourishing sound bath designed to support healing, regulation, and deep self-connection.
